Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancelling a plan and asking for a refund. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so a refund is issued back through them to the card or account you paid with.

01Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to the contact address.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

02Refunds

If the service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.

After 14 days, a renewal that you did not mean to make is refundable if you ask within 7 days of the charge and you have not run checks on the new period.

One-off credit packs are refundable while the credits are unused. Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because the checks have been run and paid for on your behalf.

We may decline a refund where an account has been used in a way the terms of service prohibit.

03How to ask

Email the contact address with the email on the account, the date of the charge and the order or invoice number from your receipt.

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, and how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.

04Failed payments

If a renewal fails we will retry and let you know. If it keeps failing, the plan pauses until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted while it is paused.

05Disputes

Please write to us first, because we can usually sort it out faster than a bank can.

This policy does not take away your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and the card network's dispute rules apply whatever this page says.
